William Anderson Smallwood, age 82 of Liberty, KY, passed away on Sunday August 16th, 2015 at U.K. Medical Center. He was born in Liberty, KY on May 26th, 1933 to the late Jahu Dolphus (Doll) Smallwood and Jessie May Hansford.
He was retired from Arvin's.
He was the widower of Shirley Belle Langford Smallwood.
Survivors include: Four Daughters: Cynthia Lynn Smallwood (Jeff) Vanoy, Yvette Leuna Smallwood McQueary and Mona Lydia Smallwood all of Liberty and Mavia Lena Smallwood (Rick) Armstrong of Converse, TX, Six Grandchildren: Jimmy Lee Anderson Stargle, Jared Lee Anthony Stargle, Kearsten Lynn Armstrong, William Brandon Levi Schubert, Ethan Lawrence Carman and Joseph Luke Carman and Two Great- Grandchildren: Devin Wayne Coleman and Alexis Michelle Stargle.
Besides his parents and spouse he was also preceded in death by One Granddaughter: Mendy Lee Vanoy Coleman, three sisters and two brothers.
Cremation Rites were honored by Bartle Funeral Home.
A Memorial Service will be held 6:00 P.M. Saturday August 29th, 2015 at Grace Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. A meal will be served at 5:00 P.M. Bro. Lynville Hatter officiating.
