Virginia Hogue 100, of Kings Mountain, KY, passed away on Saturday August 24th, 2024, at the U.K. Medical Center.

She was born in Casey Co., KY on June 16th, 1924, to the late Ernest and Retha Hixson Carman.

Virginia was the widow of Kenneth Hogue who passed away on November 4th, 1997.

Virginia was a homemaker and a member of Grove Ridge Baptist Church.

Survivors include: one daughter: Retha Jean Hogue, and a host of other family and friends.

In addition to her parents and spouse she was preceded in death by one brother: Dewayne Carman and an infant sister.

Visitation will be held 6:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M. Tuesday August 27th, 2024, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral Services will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday August 28th, 2024, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Kevin Pittman and Bro. Edward Bray officiating. Burial will be in the Grove Ridge Cemetery.
