Viola E. Thomas, age 86 of Dunnville, KY, passed away on Thursday April 30th, 2015 at Liberty Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Dogwood Gap, KY on September 15th, 1928 to the late James Arlis and Hazel Sanders Clarkson.
She was a Retired School Teacher.
Survivors include: Two Sons: J.D. Thomas of Dunnville and Eric Thomas of Advance, IN, Three Grandchildren: Chris Thomas, Tammy Miliser and Steven Thomas, Several Great-Grandchildren and Three Sisters: Nelda Walker of Fl, Lula Petty and Neleta Clarkson both of Jamestown, KY.
Besides her parents she was also preceded in death by her spouse: Delmar Ray Thomas and Two Brothers: Curtis and Victor Clarkson.
Visitation will be held 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. Saturday May 2nd, 2015 and after 9:00 A.M. on Sunday May 3rd, 2015 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday May 3rd, 2015 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Steve Janes officiating. Burial will be in the Cold Springs Cemetery.
