Vicki Jo High, age 64 of Liberty, KY, passed away on Thursday April 28, 2022, at the Jean Waddle Care Center. She was born April 10 ^th , 1958, in Louisville, KY, a daughter of the late Elmer Dowell and Emma Curtis.

Vickie was a caregiver.

Survivors include: Her Spouse: George E. High, Four Children: Dusty Stuart of Lexington, Brandon High, Becky and (Jason) Poff and Josh High all of Liberty. Six Grandchildren, Two Brothers: Rob Dowell of Florida and Gary Dowell of Colorado and Two Sisters: Gail Andrews and Pam Hebrock both of Liberty.

Preceding her in death besides her parents was Two Grandchildren, One Sister: Sandy Chaves and One Brother: Elmer Dowell Jr.

Visitation will be held 5:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M. Tuesday May 3 ^rd , 2022 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel.

Cremation Rites were honored by Bartle Funeral Home.
