Tommy Gifford Morgan, age 90, of Liberty, KY, passed away on Sunday October 8th, 2023, at his residence. He was born January 28th, 1933, in Lawhorn Hill, KY, a son of the late Alonzo "Lonnie" and Sarah Elizabeth Bastin Morgan.

Tommy was a retired employee from the Casey Co. Road Dept., former owner of Morgan & Carmen Lumber Co., Former Townsend Tree Service employee, former employee of Manchester Power and a Farmer.

Tommy was the widower of Mary Ellen Hoskins Morgan who passed away on February 7th, 2020.

Survivors include: Three Sons: Johnny Ray Morgan of McKinney, Steven Dewayne Morgan and (Rita Johnson) of Science Hill, and Greg Morgan of Liberty, One Daughter: Gwen Bostic, Eight Grandchildren, Eighteen Great Grandchildren and Six Great Great Grandchildren.

In addition to his parents and spouse, he was also preceded in death by Nine Siblings: Eardest Morgan, Mary Ponder, Nellie McAninch, Reed Morgan, Alonzo Morgan Jr., Paul Morgan, Leonard Morgan, Segal Morgan and Geneva Dalton.

Visitation will be held 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. Wednesday October 11th, 2023, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday October 12th, 2023, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Johnny Maupin and Bro. Johnny Hogue officiating. Burial will be in the Casey County Memorial Gardens.
