Thomas Mark Tarter, age 62, of Dunnville, KY passed away on Wednesday April 12 ^th , 2017 at the Russell County Hospital. He was born on March 9 ^th , 1955 a son of the late Thomas Howard and Vivian Wilkinson Tarter.

Mark was a Geologist for the State of Kentucky and a Graduate of Western Kentucky University.

Survivors include: A Host of Family and Friends.

Visitation will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday April 15 ^th , 2017 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday April 15 ^th , 2017 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Bryce McCulley officiating. Burial will be in the Antioch Cemetery.
