Shirley Ann Murphy Evans, age 68, of Liberty, KY passed away on Friday November 11 ^th , 2016 at her residence. She was born in Danville, KY on November 29 ^th , 1947 a daughter of Haskel Arthur "Hack" Murphy Sr and the late Ruby Evelyn Bryant Murphy.

Shirley was a bookkeeper for Murphy  Farm Supply, Watson Lumber Co. and Child Haven.

Shirley was the widow of Earl Evans who passed away on August 11 ^th , 2016.

Additional Survivors include: One Son: Brian Keith Evans of Liberty, One Grandson: Brian Alexander Evans of Liberty, Two Brothers: Jr. Murphy of Liberty and Gary and (Connie) Murphy of Liberty and One Sister: Barbara and (G.B.) Lanham of Liberty.

Visitation will be held 5:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. Monday November 14 ^th , 2016 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel and after 8:00 A.M. on Tuesday November 15 ^th , 2016 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday November 15 ^th , 2016 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel.  Bro. Matt Lawhorn officiating. Burial will be in the Murphy Cemetery..
