Sandra Sharon Cook age 74, of Liberty, KY passed away on Monday May 13 ^th , 2019 at the Casey County Hospital. She was born in Indianapolis, IN on October 12 ^th , 1944 a daughter of the late William Henry Stephens and Isa Idella Shirley Stephens.

Sandra was a civilian employee of the Brownsburg Police Department.

Survivors include: Three Daughters: Michelle and (Clayton) Walker of Carmel, IN, Melissa and (Harold) Emerson of Liberty and Melinda Akins of Lizton, IN, Two Sons: Kenneth and (Lori) Cook of Danville, IN and William Cook Jr. of Sellersburg, IN, Nine Grandchildren, One Great Grandchild, One Expected Great Grandchild, One Sister: Stephani Steckler of Indianapolis, IN and One Sister-in-Law: Beverly Bruce of Green Castle, IN.

Cremation Rites were honored by Bartle Funeral Home.
