Sandi Lee Durham age 63, of Hustonville, KY passed away on Tuesday April 7 ^th , 2020 at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. She was born in Dayton, OH on January 14 ^th , 1957 a daughter of the late Agnes Wall Goforth.

Survivors include: Her Spouse Charles Ray Durham Jr., One Daughter: Caitlyn Cheyenne Durham of Hustonville, KY and One Sister: Gina Baldock of Yosemite.

Due to efforts to combat the spread of COVID-19 and recent requirements implemented by the Office of Governor Andy Beshear and The Funeral Directors Association of Kentucky, all funeral services will be performed privately.
