Robert Dwain Rice, age 85 of Granbury, TX, passed away on Tuesday February 10th, 2015 at Kindred Hospital Southwest. He was born in Moreland, KY on September 28th, 1929 to the late John and Julie Ann Sutherland Rice.

He was a supervisor in construction and a member of the Liberty United Methodist Church.

He was the widower of Jeanette Faye Carmicle Rice.

Survivors include: Two Daughters: Barbara and (Thomas) Carder of Granbury, TX and Susan and (Allen) Thomas of Bruce, FL, Fifteen Grandchildren, Ten Great-Grandchildren and Two Brothers: J.T. and Billy Rice.

Besides his parents and spouse he was preceded in death by one son: James Jackson Rice.

Visitation will be held 5:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M. Sunday February 15th,  2015.  Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Monday February 16th, 2015 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will be in the Glenwood Cemetery.
