Robert Irvin Popplewell, age 59 of Rogersville, TN passed away on Thursday August 19 ^th , 2021, at the Vidant Medical Center. He was born September 21 ^st , 1961, in Fuquay Varina, N.C., a son of Lelia Ann Austin Popplewell of Jamestown, KY and the late William Irvin Popplewell.

Robert was a business owner and attended The Bridge Baptist Church.

Additional Survivors include: His Spouse: Denita Jo Allen Popplewell, Two Sons: Korey Allen Popplewell and (Magen) of Ashville, N.C. and Kodey Austin Popplewell of Rogersville, TN, and One Sister: Regina Popplewell Roy and (Billy).

Preceding him in death besides his father was One Sister: Rita Janan Popplewell Johnson.

Visitation will be held 6:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M.  Monday August 23 ^rd , 2021, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held for Private Family only on Tuesday at Poplar Grove Baptist Church. Rev. Bobby Joe Hancock and Rev. Brent Huggins officiating. Burial will be in the Poplar Grove Cemetery.
