Rita Evans age 62, of Dunnville, KY passed away on Friday January 25 th , 2019 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. She was born in Lawrenceburg, KY on June 1 st , 1956 a daughter of Wilma B. Royalty Grace of Lawrenceburg, KY and the late Robert Donald Popp Sr.
Rita did Insurance claims for Frost and Arnett, was a Former Casey County Dispatcher, on the Parish Counsel at St. Bernard Catholic Church, she was a board member for Clementsville Vol. Fire Department and Dunnville Vol. Fire Department and a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church.
Rita was a Loving Mother and a Very Loving Grandmother and Great Grandmother.
Additional Survivors include: Her Spouse: Jule Evans, Five Daughters: Michelle J. Erhard and Jennifer Lynn Evans both of Louisville, Terri Michelle and (Chris) Pope of Georgetown, KY, Barbara Marie Evans and (Steve Dorsey) of Lebanon Junction, KY and Jessica Lynn Luttrell of Hopkinsville, KY. Eleven Grandchildren, Nine Great Grandchildren, One Great Great Grandchild, Four Brothers: Terry Popp of Harrodsburg, KY, Robert Popp of Middletown, OH, Paul Popp of Hamilton, OH and Brian Popp of Tampa, FL, Two Sisters: Cherie Peterman of Lawrenceburg, KY and Paula Stacy of Middletown, OH and Step Mother: Catherine Popp of Hamilton, OH.
Preceding her in death besides her Father was One Daughter: Carrie Dean Soard and Three Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. Tuesday January 29 th , 2019 and after 8:00 A.M. Wednesday January 30 th , 2019 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Prayer Service will be held 7:00 P.M. Tuesday January 29 th , 2019 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday January 30 th , 2019 at St. Bernard Catholic Church. Father George Otuma officiating. Burial will be in the St. Bernard Cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Bartle Funeral Home to help assist the family with funeral expenses.
