Phyllis Kay Wethington age 70, of Columbia, KY passed away on Saturday January 6 ^th , 2018 at the Jewish Hospital. She was born in Clementsville, KY on June 6 ^th , 1947 a daughter of the late Lucian R and Grethan Elizabeth Clements Wethington.

Kay was a Homemaker and a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church.

Survivors include: One Brother: Robert Dallon Wethington of Columbia, KY and One Sister: Alta Jean Hunt of Columbia, KY and Nieces and Nephews.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by Two Sisters: Sharon Lee Herron and Mary Connie Wethington and Two Brothers: James Lannie Wethington and Raymond Thomas Wethington.

Visitation will be held 5:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. Tuesday January 9 ^th , 2018 and after 8:00 A.M. Wednesday January 10 ^th , 2018 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday January 10 ^th , 2018 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Father George Otuma officiating. Burial will be in the St. Bernard Cemetery.
