Phillip Owen Thompson, age 60 of Liberty, KY passed away on Tuesday August 31 ^st , 2021, at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. He was born October 16 ^th , 1960, in Miami, FL, a son of the late Mayo Delmore Thompson and Helen Lorraine Wood Thompson.

Phillip was an employee of McDonald's in Liberty, KY.

Survivors include: Two Sisters: Karen Jones of Science Hill, KY, Debra Rush of Liberty and Three Brothers: Trevon Thompson of Liberty, Lee Thompson of Panama City, FL and Lew Thompson of Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
