Onva Reid Hayes passed into eternity on April 22nd, 2015 at the age of 86 years, 8 months and 4 days. He was born on August 18th, 1928 to Mack and Mable Moxley Hayes. He was united in marriage to Vella Joines and to this union was born three children, Clinton, Daniel and Karen Hayes.
He is survived by his son Dan and Linda Hayes of Campbellsville, KY and their children Breece and Julie Hayes of Liberty, KY: Amy and Jerry Colvin of Campbellsville, KY: Adam Hayes of Land O'Lakes, FL: and Stephany McVay of Campbellsville, KY. Great Grandchildren, Justin and Jenny Hayes, Bailey Colvin, Breece Hayes II, Briar McVay, Brenna Hayes, Riley Colvin and Benton Hayes and great great grandchild Bella Hayes. He is also survived by his brother Carper of Campbellsville, KY and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. Friday April 24th, 2015 with Funeral Services held 11:00 A.M. Saturday April 25th, 2015 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Dwight Coffman officiating. Burial will follow in the Antioch Cemetery.
