Michael Lay age 62, of Hustonville, KY passed away on Thursday January 11 ^th , 2018 at the University of Kentucky Healthcare. He was born in Liberty, KY on August 22 ^nd , 1955 a son of the late Howard and Darlene Jeanette Ropp Lay.

Michael was a Retired Correctional Officer at Northpoint Training Center.

Survivors include: His Spouse: Tina Lay, One Brother: Bruce and (Kelly) Leigh of Somerset, KY and Three Sisters: Dana and (Eddie) Lee of Liberty, Angie and (Mike) Murphy of Somerset, KY and Tina Caron of Monroe, OH.

Graveside Services will be held 9:00 A.M. Monday January 15 ^th , 2018 at Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Mike Murphy officiating. Burial will be in the Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
