Melinda Kay Pemberton, age 57, of, Stanford, KY, passed away on Friday February 6th, 2026, at her residence. She was born June 1st, 1968, in Casey County, KY, a daughter of the late William Albert Luttrell and Ruby Luttrell.

Melinda was a former employee of Stanford Nursing Home.

Survivors include: Marshall Pemberton, and three brothers: Willard Luttrell of Liberty, Sam Crew of Russell Springs and Phillip Dale McQueary of Russell Springs.

Preceding her in death besides her parents was four sisters: Sherry Luttrell, Barbara Luttrell, Virginia McQueary and Bessie Vanover and two brothers: Roger Luttrell and John Thomas Luttrell.

Visitation will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday February 11th, 2026, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Wednesday February 11th, 2026, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Johnny Maupin officiating. Burial will be in the Contown Cemetery.
