Marshall Phelps, age 49, of Liberty, KY passed away on Thursday December 22 ^nd , 2016 at U.K. Hospital. He was born in Alexandria, IN on June 5 ^th , 1967 a son of the late Elbert and Bernice Coffman Phelps.

Marshall was a former security guard at Green River Gate.

Survivors include: His Caregivers: Margaret Meece and Marietta Wethington both of Liberty.

Visitation will be held 11:30 A.M.  Monday December 26 ^th , 2016 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. on Monday December 26 ^th , 2016 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will be in the Tapscott Cemetery.
