Marie Bastin age 98, of Middleburg, KY, passed away on Thursday March 28th, 2024, at Liberty Care and Rehab. She was born August 10th, 1925, in Middleburg, KY, a daughter of the late Frank L. and Eva Elizabeth Cook Jones.

Marie was the widow of Virgil Bastin who passed away on July 26th, 2019.

Marie was a housewife and member of Middleburg Baptist Church.

Survivors include: three children: Charlotte and (Gary) King of Liberty, Wilma Caudill of Mt. Washington, KY and Kenny and (Betty Jo) Bastin of Middleburg, seven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by six siblings.

Visitation will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday April 1st, 2024, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Monday April 1st, 2024, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Brent Huggins officiating. Burial will be in the Middleburg Cemetery.
