Lyndon Murphy age 83, of Liberty, KY passed away on Monday February 26 ^th , 2018 at his residence. He was born in Liberty, KY on February 14 ^th , 1935 a son of the late Preston and Ada Mae Games Murphy.

Lyndon was a Farmer, Avid Hunter and a member of Carr's Chapel Church of God.

Survivors include: His Spouse: Vallie Jean Atwood Murphy, Three Sons: Stanley Lyndon Murphy of Bowling Green, KY, Kenneth Eugene Murphy and Phillip Dean Murphy both of Liberty, Three Grandchildren: Joshua Lyndon Murphy, Stephanie Scott and Whitney Murphy, Seven Grandchildren and Two Sisters: Lola Lauing of CA and Wilma Cox of Liberty.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by Three Brothers: Kelly, Leonard and Gregory Murphy and Two Sisters: Locia Pingleton and Dorsey Murphy.

Visitation will be held 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. Tuesday February 27 ^th , 2018 and after 8:00 A.M. Wednesday February 28 ^th , 2018 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Wednesday February 28 ^th , 2018 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Dave Holt officiating. Burial will in the Caney Fork Cemetery.
