Lewis Henry Phelps, age 66 of Bethelridge, KY, passed away on Monday February 23rd, 2015. He was born in Argyle, KY on February 1st, 1949 to the late Oakley and Martha Godbey Phelps.

He was a former lumber cutter and of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include his Spouse: Shelia Salyers Phelps, Four Daughters: Teresa Lewallen and Tiffany Phelps both of Liberty, Lisa Eastham of Russell Springs and Tonya Phillippe of Windsor, Nine Grandchildren, Three Sisters: Louise Godbey and Shirley Dick both of Bethelridge and Lillian Dick of Somerset and Two Brothers: Alvy Phelps of Bethelridge and Ricky Phelps of Science Hill.

Visitation will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday February 25th, 2015 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday February 25th, 2015 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Allen Roberts officiating.  Burial will be in the Valley Oak Cemetery.
