Kenneth "Kenny" Patten, age 67, of, Middleburg, KY, passed away on Wednesday August 19th, 2026, at the Casey County Hospital. He was born July 28th, 1959, in Dunnville, KY, a son of the late William Walter Patten and Ruth Pearl Davis Patten.

Kenny was the owner and operator of Kenny Patten Towing and attended Friends of Faith Church.

Survivors include: three children: Kerry (Lesli) Patten of Liberty, Kelli Patten of Liberty and Kelsey Patten of Middleburg, five grandchildren: Colton, Jacob, Lylah, Liam and Valorie, four sisters: Charlotte Ali of Oh, Roxie Short of OH, Carol Wethington of Liberty, Marie (Gary) Smith of London and four brothers: Lowell Patten of Liberty, Curtis Patten of Liberty, Andrew (Judy) Patten of Dunnville and Dallas Patten of Liberty.

Preceding him in death besides his parents was one sister: Tina "Tiny" Patten and four brothers: Marion Patten, Walter Jr Patten, Russell Patten and Lewis Patten.

Visitation will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday August 22nd, 2026, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday August 22nd, 2026, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Eric Miller officiating. Burial will be in the Middleburg Cemetery.
