Jimmie Austin, age 78, of Liberty, KY passed away on Saturday April 22 ^nd , 2017 at his residence. He was born in Turnersville, KY on April 28 ^th , 1938 a son of the late Everett and Elsie Cora Tapscott Austin.

Jimmie was a former employee for Whirlpool.

Survivors include: One Daughter: Patricia Mae Austin Sinclair of Danville.

Preceding him in death besides his parents was Three Brothers: Everett Austin Jr, Robert Arnold Austin and Shirlie Austin.

Visitation will be held 11:00 A.M. Tuesday April 25 ^th , 2017 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Tuesday April 25 ^th , 2017 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Chester Cornett officiating. Burial will be in the Tapscott Cemetery.
