Jerry D. Brown, age 75, of Liberty, KY, passed away on Wednesday October 4th, 2023, at the Monument Health Lead Hospital. He was born November 12th, 1947, in Yosemite, KY, a son of the late Ernest and Sella Padgett "Bertie" Brown.

Jerry was a former Court Security Officer for the Casey County Sheriff's Office, a former employee of the Casey County Board of Education, a former construction worker and a U.S. Army Veteran.

Survivors include: His Spouse: Kathy Coffman Brown, Five Children: Greg and (Margaret) Brown of Danville, Geoff and (Natasha) Brown of Liberty and Jonathan Brown of Yosemite, James Lear of Franklin, IN and Jennifer Robards of Franklin, IN, Five Grandchildren: Sophia, Ethan, Emily, Jacob and Selby, Five Siblings: Winford Brown of Yosemite, Terry and (Dawn) Brown of Yosemite, Anthony Brown of Yosemite, Junior and (Patty) Brown of Greeley, Colorado and Pauline and (Oscar) Navarro of Franklin, IN.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by One Daughter: Jessica Brown, and Four Sisters: Irma Martin, Essie Yaden, Donna Austin, and Patsy Brown.

Visitation will be held 11:00 A.M. Tuesday October 10th, 2023, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. October 10th, 2023, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Dwight Coffman and Bro. Bud Stidham officiating. Burial will be in the Green River Christian Cemetery with Military Rites performed by the Casey County Veterans Honor Guard.
