Jeffrey Dale Murphy, age 65 of Liberty, KY passed away on Saturday June 26 ^th, 2021, surrounded by the people who loved him so dearly. Jeffrey was born on July 14 ^th , 1955, in Casey County to the late Talmadge and Wanda (Mathews) Murphy.

He was the owner and operator of Jeff's Body Shop. Jeff loved his family, cars, shooting skeet, hunting, dryland fish and family gatherings.

Survivors include: His loving wife Renita (Salyers) Murphy who he married on February 26 ^th , 1977 his children, Jason (Amy) Murphy of Cumming, Georgia, and Danielle (Neal) Weddle of Liberty, KY, four Grandchildren: Ava Weddle, Jaxten Murphy, Evan Weddle and Ali Kate Weddle, Siblings: Kathy ( Johnny Ray) Watson of Liberty, Dempsey (Terri) Murphy of Harrodsburg and Karen (Gary) Black of Liberty, a cousin who was like a brother, Donald "Bud" (Kathy) Mathews of Liberty and special caretaker: Leeann Salyers Jones.

Visitation will be held 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. Tuesday June 29 ^th , 2021, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday June 30 ^th , 2021, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Greg Powell and Bro. Johnny Maupin officiating. Burial will be in the Salyers Cemetery.
