Jeff Simmons age 46 of Liberty, KY passed away on Saturday January 23 ^rd , 2021 at his residence. He was born in Beech Grove, IN on September 8 ^th , 1974 a son of Merida Joy Derringer Simmons of Liberty and the late Jackie Ray Simmons.

Jeff was a truck driver.

Sterling and Jack Simmons Jr of Tennessee and Three Sisters: Dawn Pike, Jessica Patterson and Jacqueline Strong all of Liberty.

Cremation rites were honored by Bartle Funeral Home.
