Janet L. Foley, age 83, of, Waynesburg, KY, passed away on Wednesday June 3rd, 2026, at the Jean Waddle Care Center. She was born October 20th, 1942, in Mt. Olive, KY, a daughter of the late Cyrus and Delta Elliott Wall.

Janet was the widow of Elvin Junior Foley.

Janet was a housewife.

Survivors include: two sons: Edwin (Pam) Foley of Bethelridge and Dwight (the late Lisa) Foley of Eubank, one daughter: Jennifer Louise Foley of Waynesburg, seven grandchildren: Ashley (Chris) Scott, Michael (Kaitlyn) Foley, McKenzie (Chris) Fitzpatrick, Travis (Tiana) Foley, Natasha Nicole Foley, Terry (Debbie) Spears and Matthew (Samantha) Spears, ten great grandchildren: Camden Scott, Adalynn Foley, Emersyn Foley, Bryson Fitzpatrick, Beckett Fitzpatrick, Lesley Cromer, James Girdler, Kelsey Girdler, Chase Spears and Carson Spears, one brother: Lee (Jeanie) Wall of Waynesburg, one sister: Nora Wall of Somerset, and two sisters in law: Judy Wall of Yosemite and Shirley Wall of Stanford.

Preceding her in death besides her parents and spouse was one son: Jackie Carl Foley, one great grandchild: Charlie Cromer, one sister: Geraldine Salyers and three brothers: J.C. Wall, Sherrill Wall and Glenn Wall.

Visitation will be held 5:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M. Friday June 5th, 2026, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel and after 10:00 A.M. Saturday June 6th, 2026, at Mt. Olive Christian Church. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday June 5th, 2026, at Mt. Olive Christian Church. Bro. Greg Powell officiating. Burial will be in the Salyers Cemetery.
