Helen "Jo" Phelps

78 Years old of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on Friday, March 6, 2020.  Wife of the late:  Roger Phelps.  She is survived by her Son: Terry (Juliet) Phelps.  1 Grandson:  James Roger Phelps.  4 Brothers:  Leonard Wilson, Lowell Wilson, Larry Wilson and the late Willard Wilson.  2 late Sisters: Lois Ann Wilson and Deva Wilson.      Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Other Family and Friends.  Member of the Clermont Chapter 135 OES and the Felicity First Baptist Church.   Eastern Services will be at the Charles H. McIntyre Funeral Home, 323 Union St., Felicity, Ohio 45120, on Monday, March 9, 2020 at 8:00 PM, with funeral services to follow.  Visitation will also be on Monday, March 9, 2020 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, also at the funeral home.  A Visitation and Funeral service will also be on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Willow Springs Methodist Church, 71 Clear Branch Rd., Liberty, Kentucky, 42539, with burial to follow at the Willow Springs Cemetery.  Kentucky Services Provided by the Bartle Funeral Home, Liberty, Kentucky.  Memorials may be made to: Trace Fork Separate Baptist Church, Liberty, Kentucky, 42539.
