Hazel Black Vest age 96, of Liberty, KY passed away on Thursday November 15 ^th , 2018 at the Liberty Care Center. She was born in Middleburg, KY on June 14 ^th , 1922 a daughter of the late Arrid Keith Black and Maudie Goodman Black.

Hazel was the widow of Jason "Jake" Vest who passed away on October 18 ^th , 2013.

Hazel was a Housewife and a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include: Three Daughters: Mary Sharon and (James) Clark of Liberty, Virginia Kaye and (James) Chapman of Elizabethtown, KY and Anieda Sherri and (Mike) Wells of St. Louis, MO, Seven Grandchildren: Stacia Bell, Christy Davis, Darren and Keven Chapman, Kelly Faulkner, Michael and Katie Wells, Nine Great Grandchildren: Emily Corn, Kieran McAninch, Jake and Christopher Davis, Julia, Hanna and Jordan Chapman, Olivia and Joe Faulkner, Six Great Great Grandchildren: Patrick Bowlin, Kayden McAninch, Haylee and Laura Davis, Jason and Jaina Chapman, Two Step Great Great Grandchildren: Cole and Madison Wardrip and One Sister: Karen Barlow of Tuscon, AZ.

Besides her parents and spouse she was preceded in death by Two Brothers: Victor Black and Junior Black.

Visitation will be held 11:30 A.M. Monday November 19 ^th , 2018 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Monday November 19 ^th , 2018 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Ronnie Haste officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
