Harrison Simon Newsome age 76, of Dunnville, KY passed away on Wednesday September 5 ^th , 2018 at his residence. He was born in Virgie, KY on June 24 ^th , 1942 a son of the late Garland and Verda Tackett Ray.

Simon was the widower of Reenie Hamilton Newsome who passed away on December 30 ^th , 2012.

Simon was a auto mechanic and a chef at Camp Lejeune Marine Base in Jacksonville, NC.

Survivors include: One Daughter: Verda Newsome of Dunnville and Six Siblings.

Visitation will be held 11:00 A.M. Sunday September 9 ^th , 2018 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Sunday September 9 ^th , 2018 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Jack Williamson and Rev. Kevin Hamilton officiating.
