Gerald Compton, age 47, of Bradfordsville, KY passed away on Thursday March 9 ^th , 2017 at the U.K. Medical Center. He was born in Liberty, KY on August 18 ^th , 1969 a son of Davey and Lucile Cox Coffman.

Gerald was a welder.

Survivors include: Four Brothers: Davey Coffman Jr of Liberty, Eugene Coffman of Jamestown, IN, Jeff Compton of Lebanon, KY and Larry Compton of Somerset, KY and Three Sisters: Donna Wiser of Moreland, KY, Patricia Johnson of Bradfordsville, KY and Elizabeth Compton of Somerset, KY.

Preceding him in death was One Son: Thomas Gerald Compton, his birth Parents: Evan and Catherine Coffman Compton and One Brother: Earl Coffman.

Visitation will be held 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. Monday March 13 ^th , 2017  and after 8:00 A.M. on Tuesday March 14 ^th , 2017 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday March 14 ^th , 2017 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Jeff Edwards officiating. Burial will be in the Tapscott Cemetery.
