Wilmot Eugene "Gene" Lewis age 74, of Liberty, KY passed away on Monday February 10 ^th , 2020 at his residence. He was born in Danville, KY on July 25 ^th , 1945 a son of the late William Henry Lewis and Nannie Belle Lynn Lewis.

Gene was a former employee of Watsons' Sawmill.

Survivors include: His Spouse: Nellie Louise Coffman Lewis, One Son: Michael Lewis of Liberty and One Daughter: Annabell Lewis of Liberty.

Visitation will be held 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Wednesday February 12 ^th , 2020 and after 8:00 A.M. on Thursday February 13 ^th , 2020 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Thursday February 13th, 2020 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Dwight Coffman officiating. Burial will be in the Tapscott Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Bartle Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
