Garnett Dean Fair age 65, of Richmond, KY, passed away on Monday February 5th, 2024, at the Madison Health and Rehab Center. He was born May 23rd, 1958, in Casey Co., KY, a son of the late John Welby Fair and Bessie Whited Fair.

Survivors include: two brothers: John Coleman Fair of Richmond and Franklin Dee Fair of Frankfort and one sister: Nancy Morgan of Trenton, KY.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by six brothers: James Marvin Fair, Richard Allen Fair, Norville Ray Fair, Lonnie Fair, Howard Fair and Harold Fair and three sisters: Peggy Ann Fair, Nellie Jane Fair and Geneva Martin.

Graveside Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Thursday February 8th, 2024, at Brush Creek Cemetery. Burial will be in the Brush Creek Cemetery.
