Evelyn Edwards, age 90, of Liberty, KY passed away on Sunday August 14 ^th , 2022, at the Casey County Hospital. She was born October 27 ^th , 1931, in Liberty, KY, a daughter of the late Elliott and Cora Atwood Lay.

Evelyn was the widow of James Wilburn "Candy" Edwards who passed away on January 20 ^th , 2022.

Evelyn was a homemaker.

Survivors include: Two Children: Michael Wayne and (Patti) Edwards of Loxley, AL and Terri Rae Clements of Liberty, One Grandchild: Rachel and (Ralph) Mondie of Liberty, Two Great Grandchildren: Anakin James Mondie and Riley Leann Mondie and One Brother: Bill Lay of Fort Wayne, IN.

Preceding her in death besides her parents and spouse was One Daughter: Carolyn Kay Bell,Six Brothers: Herbert, Hubert, Junior, Kenneth, Howard and Royce Lay and Three Sisters: Patsy Atwood, Betty Morris and Ila Terrell.

Cremation Rites were honored by Bartle Funeral Home.
