Evelen Vanoy, age 81, of Liberty, KY passed away on Monday November 3rd, 2014 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. She was born in Liberty, KY on September 6th, 1933 to the late Cecil and Allie Atwood Cochran.

She was a retired cashier at Hilltop Grocery

Survivors include: Her Spouse: Ancil Vanoy, Two Sons: Gerald Vanoy of Summerville, SC and Jeff Vanoy of Liberty, One Daughter: Sandy Porter of Liberty, Four Grandchildren, Five Great-Grandchildren, Two Sisters: Eva Wethington and Ima Jean Murphy both of Liberty and One Brother: Garland Cochran of Liberty.

Besides her parents she was also preceded in death by One Daughter: Patricia Vanoy and One Granddaughter: Mendy Vanoy.

Visitation will be held 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. Thursday November 6th, 2014 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Friday November 7th, 2014 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Grace Baptist Cemetery.
