Elaine Phelps, age 64, of Yosemite, KY, passed away on Tuesday March 8th, 2016 at her residence. She was born in Liberty, KY on August 27th, 1951 to the late Earl "Fritz" and Pauline Watson Salyers.
Elaine was an Employee of Lake Cumberland Headstart Liberty.
Survivors include: Spouse: David Phelps, One Daughter: Sharon and (Greg) Wethington of Liberty, One Son: Shannon Phelps of Yosemite, Three Grandchildren: Ryan and (Brittany) Wethington, Shanna Phelps and Matthew Wethington, One Great-Grandchild: Blakely Wethington, Three Sisters: Sandra Wesley of Middleburg, Cynthia Salyers of Yosemite and Barbara and (Dale) Wilkinson of Hustonville and One Brother: J.A. Salyers and (Carol) of Yosemite.
Preceding her in death besides her Parents was Two Grandchildren: Whitney Wethington and Davy Phelps and Two Sisters: Dixie and Debbie Salyers.
Visitation will be held 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. Friday March 11th, 2016 Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday March 12th, 2016 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Johnny Maupin and Bro. Lloyd Hopper officiating. Burial will be in the Willow Springs Cemetery.
