Son of the late Donnie and Barbra Middleton of Springfield, KY. Guided and loved by the late JR and Eloise Coulter of Springfield, KY. Son-in-law of Junior and Marcella Carr of Caney Fork. Uncle of Layla and Aslan Wethington of Caney Fork. Was the Brother in law to Martha and Mark Wethington of Caney Fork and one beloved pet Twyxx Kennedy. Len was a farmer and enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Visitation will be held 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. Sunday September 2 ^nd , 2018 and after 8:00 A.M. on Monday September 3 ^rd , 2018 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Monday September 3 ^rd , 2018 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Ronnie Atwood and Rev. Jon Edgell officiating. Burial will be in the Caney Fork Cemetery.
