Dennis James Pond, age 70, of Bethelridge, KY passed away on Tuesday September 20 ^th , 2022, at the Jean Waddle Care Center. He was born March 16 ^th , 1952, in Cincinnati, OH, a son of the late Paul and Lalah Godbey Pond.

Dennis was a carpenter and a U.S. Army Veteran.

Survivors include: his wife: Geretha Gay Buis Pond, One Daughter: Crystal Pence of Russell Springs, Four Brothers: Dave Pond of Science Hill, Daniel Pond of Eubank, Paul and (Judy) Pond of Eubank, and Doug and (Angela) Pond of Somerset, Two Sisters: Jenny Godby of Eubank and Linda and (Dean Etters) of Faubush, Brother-in-law: Charles "Charlie" and (Elaine) Buis, Sisters-in-law: Joyce and (Larry) Wilham and Jean and (Roger) Hatter and a host of other relatives also survive.

Preceding him in death besides his parents was Two Brothers: Donald and Richard Pond.

Visitation will be held 12:00 Noon Sunday September 25 ^th , 2022, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Sunday September 25 ^th , 2022, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Chuck Woodcock officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery.
