Dennis Wayne Douglas age 63 of Liberty, KY passed away on Friday February 12 ^th , 2021 at the U.K. Medical Center. He was born in Cincinnati, OH on June 27 ^th , 1957 a son of Hazel Nellie Cain of Liberty and the late Roscoe Douglas.

Dennis was a U.S. Army Veteran where he was an Air Traffic Controller and a Staff Sergeant.

Additional Survivors include: His Spouse: Connie Douglas, Two Daughters: Jessica Ferqueron of Newbury Park, CA and Taren Grigsby of Liberty, Four Grandchildren: Sarah Mills, Gage Ferqueron, Rebekah "Boo" Mills and Ansley Ferqueron and Two Sisters: Vivian Chitwood of Independence, KY and Candy Wesley of Winston Salem, N.C.

Preceding him in death besides his father, One Granddaughter: Hannah Mills and Two Sisters: Regina Frank and Peggy Allen.

A Walk Thru Visitation will be held 12:00 Noon on Sunday February 21st, 2021 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Sunday February 21st, 2021 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Rev Jimmy Brown officiating. Burial will be on Monday at 12:30 P.M. at the Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
