David Lee Spears age 62, of Lexington, KY passed away on Sunday September 16 ^th , 2018 at the U.K. Chandler Medical Center. He was born in Somerset, KY on December 2 ^nd , 1955, a son of the late Homer Lee Spears and Mary Devonda Hodge Spears.

David was a Retired Manager for McDonald's.

Survivors include: One Son: Chris and (Trisha) Cundiff of Liberty, Four Grandchildren: Alley Cundiff and (Stanley), Shawn and (Teela) Cundiff, Emilee Spears and Ellah Cundiff, One Great Grandchild: Jaida Cundiff, One Brother: Danny Ray and (Carol) Spears of Liberty and One Sister: Donna Sue and (Mike) Malone of Danville.

Preceding him in death besides his parents was One Son: Troy Brandon Spears.

Visitation will be held 5:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M. Friday September 21 ^st , 2018 Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. A private burial will be held at a later date.

Cremation Rites were honored by Bartle Funeral Home.
