Danny Joe Spears, age 54 of Yosemite, KY, passed away on Friday March 27th, 2015 at his residence. He was born in Liberty, KY on May 5th, 1960 to Barry Wayne and Betty Jo Godbey Spears of Yosemite.
Danny Joe was a former welder with Donaldson's and a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church.
Survivors include: One Daughter: Angela Dawn and (Adam) Denson of Lexington and One Son: Justin Wayne and (Tonya) Spears of Liberty, Four Grandchildren: Ethen and Kyron Spears and Charlotte and Malachi Denson and One Sister: Ginny Godbey of Middleburg.
Preceding him in death was One Grandson: Brady Adam Kade Denson and One Sister: Elaine Dunham.
Visitation will be held 5:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. Sunday March 29th, 2015 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 A.M. Monday March 30th, 2015 at Bartle Funeral Home. Rev. Bobby Clark officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorials to help offset funeral expenses.
