Dale Foster age 82, of Bethelridge, KY departed this life on Sunday February 28th, 2016 at his residence. He was born in Argyle, KY on April 28th, 1933 a son of the late James Clyde and Stacy Watson Foster.
Dale was formerly employed as a mechanic at Liberty Motors and was a farmer. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran during the Korean Conflict, was a member of the Valley Oak Baptist Church, American Legion, Disabled American Veterans Chapter 41 and a Kentucky Colonel.
Dale was united in marriage to Glennis Cravens Foster on October 12th, 1963. Besides his wife he is also survived by a son: James Coy Foster of Bethelridge, a daughter: Saundra Gail Alexander of Liberty and five grandchildren: Brittney Nicole Gadberry, Cody James Foster, Jessica Lynn Foster, Austin James Foster and Trevor Jonathan Alexander.
Preceding him in death was a sister: Wilma Irene Foster Wesley.
Visitation will be held 6:00 P.M. Monday February 29th, 2016 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Tuesday March 1st, 2016 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Troy Merrick officiating. Burial will follow in Watson's Chapel Cemetery with military rites performed by the Casey County Veterans Honor Guard.
