Cindy Hayes, age 54, of Liberty, KY, passed away on Thursday July 13th, 2023, at the U.K. Hospital. She was born October 24th, 1968, in Liberty, KY, a daughter of Patty Lee of Columbia and the late Garnett Lee.

Cindy was a former employee of ACS, a secretary, and a member of Creston Baptist Church.

Additional Survivors include: Her Spouse: Thomas R. Hayes, One Son: Michael Thomas Hayes of Liberty, One Daughter: Bethany Danyelle Hayes of Liberty and One Brother: Jeffrey Dale and (Stephanie) Lee of Liberty.

Visitation will be held 5:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. Saturday July 15th, 2023,  and after 9:00 A.M. on Sunday July 16th, 2023 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Sunday July 16th, 2023, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Jeric DeVore officiating. Burial will be in the Salem Cemetery.
