Charlotte Carman, age 76, of Liberty, KY passed away on Friday November 3 ^rd , 2017 at her residence. She was born in Yosemite, KY on November 30 ^th , 1940 a daughter of the late Dewitt S. and Lizie Patterson Raney.

Charlotte was the widow of Herbert Creech Carman who passed away on September 16 ^th , 2013.

Charlotte was a former Dispatcher for the Casey Co. Sheriff's Department , former employee of the Circuit Court Clerk's Office and a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include: Two Daughters: Cecilia and (Chris) Atwood of Liberty and Pam and (Chris) Morgan of Yosemite, KY, Four Grandchildren: Angela and (Adam) Denson, Justin and (Tonya) Spears, Alexis Gossett and Jessalyn Jacob and Four Great Grandchildren: Ethen and Kyron Spears and Charlotte and Malachi Denson.

Besides her parents and spouse she was preceded in death by One Son: Randall Creech Carman, One Grandson: Aaron Morgan, One Great Grandson: Kade Denson, Four Brothers: Tyrone, Joe, Gerald and Edgar Raney, and Four Sisters: Vernice Raney, Iva Dean Baldock, Devola Hamilton and Pauline Goforth.

Visitation will be held 5:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. Sunday November 5 ^th , 2017 and after 8:00 A.M. on Monday November 6 ^th , 2017 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday November 6 ^th , 2017 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Ronnie Haste officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
