Agnes Goforth, age 86, of Yosemite, KY passed away on Saturday February 11 ^th , 2017 at the Casey County Hospital. She was born in Walltown, KY on February 25 ^th , 1930 a daughter of the late Jack Greene and Eva Jane Salyers Wall.

Agnes was a childcare provider, a waitress for Bob and Deans Dairy Dale and a member of Grove Ridge Baptist Church.

Agnes was the widow of Marcus Creech Goforth.

Survivors include: One Son: Bruce Merritt of Yosemite, Two Daughters: Sandi Durham of Hustonville, KY and Gina Goforth Baldock of Yosemite, Two Grandchildren: Amanda Goforth of Yosemite and Cheyenne Durham of Hustonville, Two Great Grandchildren: Benjamin Marcus Wiseman and Isabella Kate "Izzy" Wiseman both of Yosemite, One Brother: Arlis Walls of Hamilton, OH and Three Sisters: Rita Dunham of Mason, OH, Carol Butts of Cape Coral, FL and Becky Anderson of Taylorsville, KY.

Preceding her in death besides her parents and spouse is Six Brothers: Arnold, Lowell, Marvin and Merle Gene Wall, Hollis and Bobby Walls and One Sister: MaeDell Wall.

Visitation will be held 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. Wednesday February 15 ^th , 2017 and after 8:00 A.M. on Thursday February 16 ^th , 2017 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 12:00 Noon on Thursday February 16 ^th , 2017 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Greg Powell and Bro. Kevin Pittman officiating. Burial will be in the K.P. Hall Cemetery.
